Responsibilities Work closely with cross-functional teams to brainstorm, prototype, and codify new product features and designs Develop the requirement specifications and the design specifications Complete the software coding on schedule, in scope and with quality Work closely with other developers to ensure that features are integrated as a whole Research independently on the methods of the data collection as guided by the supervisor, and propose the solution options to the problems Complete the production of the system administration manual and the user guide Comply to the project management process and the quality standards of the CMMI for Development and complete the required project documentation Comply to the company policy on IP, and confidentiality agreement, and adhere to the values, and the standards of conducts Qualifications BS/MS Computer Science Some working experience on software development in Java Strength in Java programming and good knowledge in C/C++ programming Familiarity with Unix, Linux, Windows, Perl, Python, XML ,SOAP Good knowledge on the design of indexing algorithm and the data structure Have a strong sense of self-awareness, with a learning attitude and a passion for self-improvement and growth Putting customers first, service-oriented, focused on achievement and contribution A good communicator, having a good presentation skills and listening skills A good team player, able to cooperate well with others while being able to work independently A leadership quality, taking initiatives and responsibilities Honest, open and fair
